About the international Vedic yoga centre

Rishikesh yoga centerVedic yoga centre is a charitable and educational institution founded by Shaliender Negi at Laxman Jula Rishekesh, Himalaya.
The aims of this centre are to spread the science of yoga to all nationalities and to provide a focal point for a mass return to the ancient science of yoga.
The teachings of Vedic Yoga Centre are based on the development of self-awareness and experience of peace, bliss and inner divinity. The main feature of Vedic Yoga Centre teachings is practice and self-observation. The students of the centre will experience purification through the path of discipline and practice.
Vedic yoga centre provides yoga and ayurveda therapy, ayurvedic food courses, yoga teacher training and yoga sadhana courses, including kriya yoga, vedic philosophy and lifestyle.
By sharing yoga teachings Vedic Yoga Centre plants the right seed in people’s mind and brings harmony and peace to spiritual seekers.
The future plans of Vedic Yoga Centre is to develop the ashram where people from all over the world can experience authentic vedic lifestyle and practice selfless service (seva), devotion (prame) and meditation (dhyan). This ashram will base on service of human kind and spiritual development.

About teacher

Shelinder NegiShaliender Negi (KuKuji) - was born in Rishikesh, Uttaranchal India. He began his serious practice of yoga at the young age learning at the Shivananda Ashram. After getting diploma at Parmarth Yoga Naturapatic Centre and Gurukul University in Haridwar he began to teach in Laxman Jula Rishikesh.
Shaliender Negi Classical Yoga studies include therapy, philosophy, nutrition, purification, naturopathy, Ayurveda therapy.
Students come to Shalinder Negi from all over the world: India, China, Taiwan, Israel, Canada, U.S.A and also from various European and some African countries.
Shalinder Negi’s teachings are based on humanity, compassion and love. He helps people to awaken their dormant spiritual awareness through the practice and purification and to experience inner bliss and harmony.
Nowadays Shaliender Negi gives yoga teachings in India at his place and peruses yoga retreats in Eastern Europe (Ukraine) and Asia.
Shaliender Negi is involved in charity work, such as creating shelter for homeless animals. In future he is planning to develop educational centers for the orphans based on vedic traditions and lifestyle.
